Maybe what you need isn’t another thing to accomplish. Maybe you need a few days where you’re allowed to simply be. 🤍

Come Home to Your Body was created as a space for women to step away from the everyday noise, reconnect with themselves, and give their bodies the attention they so often give to everyone and everything else.

Over three intentional days, we’ll explore restorative movement, hormonal health education, nervous system regulation, breathwork, myofascial release, core connection, journaling, women’s circles, and more—with plenty of space built in to rest, recharge, and connect.

Your retreat also includes two nights at Lagom Retreat in the Texas Hill Country, private or shared cabin accommodations, meals throughout your stay, all retreat classes and programming, and a curated welcome bag.

The best instructors don’t just know the movement. They learn the person in front of them. 🤍

They’re watching. Listening. Noticing how you respond to a cue, where your range of motion is today, and when you might need more support—or be ready for a little more challenge.

Because two people can be doing the same exercise and experience it completely differently.

That’s something we believe deeply at Vessel: good instruction isn’t about making every body fit the same mold. It’s about meeting you where you are and helping you build from there.

It’s not about moving exactly like the person next to you.

It’s about learning to move well in your body. 🙌🏼

Some of our favorite moments at Vessel happen in between the movement. 🤍

The conversations before class. The familiar faces. The post-Pilates catch-ups. And yes… sometimes a little matcha or coffee, too. ☕️

We loved having join us and make this morning a little extra special! There’s just something about movement, good drinks, and even better company. ✨

Because Vessel has always been about more than what happens on the reformer. It’s about creating a space where women can move, connect, and feel supported through every season of life.

We’re pretty grateful for the community that continues to grow within these walls. ☺️

Private Pilates isn’t about getting a “harder” workout. It’s about getting a more individualized one. ✨

With more one-on-one attention, your instructor has the opportunity to observe how you move, answer questions in real time, adjust exercises when needed, and help you better understand the connection between what you’re doing and what you’re feeling.

It can be a great option if you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement after an injury, working toward a specific goal, or simply looking for more personalized guidance.

Because your body isn’t exactly like anyone else’s—and your movement doesn’t have to be either.

New to Vessel? Our 4 Individual Sessions introductory option is designed to help you get familiar with the Pilates method with more one-on-one time before transitioning into group classes. Explore your intro options through the link in our bio.

Already part of the Vessel community and interested in private sessions? DM us “PRIVATE” and let’s chat about what might be right for you. 🤍

🌟Rather bring a friend along? We also offer Duet Sessions and Semi-Privates for small groups—because sometimes movement is even better together. 🙌🏼

The way a 25 year old body moves is very different from the way a 45 year old body should. As women, we evolve through different seasons of life and that is a good thing. 🤍

Changes in hormones, sleep, recovery, energy, muscle and bone health can all influence what our bodies need—especially through perimenopause and beyond.

That doesn’t mean movement becomes less important. It means there’s value in becoming more intentional about it.

Some days that might look like building strength. Others might call for mobility, recovery, or simply adjusting the intensity. The goal isn’t to keep proving that your body can do exactly what it did 20 years ago.

It’s to build a relationship with movement that can continue supporting you for the next 20. 🤍

Your body changing isn’t a reason to stop moving. It’s an invitation to learn how to move with it.

If you’re navigating perimenopause and want to better understand what’s happening in your body, our Perimenopause & Beyond Online Workshop is available anytime through Vessel.

There’s a lot more happening in a Pilates session than simply moving through the exercises. 👀

Your instructor is paying attention to the little things—how you move, how you respond to a cue, where you might be holding tension, and what adjustments could help you feel more connected and supported.

Because Pilates isn’t about making your movement look “perfect.” It’s about learning your body and finding what works for you.

And now we want to hear from you! What have you always wanted to ask a Pilates instructor? Drop your questions below—we may turn yours into an upcoming post. 🤍

Getting stronger after 40 isn’t about chasing a number on the scale or trying to move the way you did 20 years ago. 🤍

It’s about building a body that continues to support you through every season of life.

The strength to travel. Carry the groceries. Get up off the floor with ease. Keep doing the things you love. And feel confident in what your body can do.

Your body may change as you age, but your ability to build strength doesn’t disappear. Meeting yourself where you are, progressing gradually, and staying consistent can go a long way.

Because strength isn’t just for today. It’s an investment in everything you still want to do.

Save this one for later or send it to a woman you want to keep getting stronger alongside. 🌟

Ten years ago, I probably would have measured progress differently.

Maybe by how I looked.
How hard I worked.
Or how many workouts I could fit into a week.

Today, I care about something else.

I want to feel strong enough to fully enjoy my life.

I want to move without hesitation.

To travel with confidence.

To keep doing the things I love.

To feel capable through every season of life.

That's what movement means to me now.

Not chasing perfection.
Not proving anything.
Just taking care of the body that's carrying me through life.

And honestly...
I think that's one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. 🤍

What does feeling strong mean to you? I'd love to hear in the comments.

Strength and mobility aren't competing goals—they're teammates. 🤍

Mobility helps you move through a healthy range of motion, while strength helps you control and support that movement.

When you train both together, everyday activities can start to feel easier, more comfortable, and more confident.

That's one of the reasons we love Pilates. It encourages both strength and mobility to work together, helping you move well in the studio and in everyday life.
