I want to take a moment to congratulate Sifu Vincent on the 10-year anniversary of his school.

Vincent and I go back many years. When he started training at the school under Sifu Torres we shared time together learning, practicing and developing our understanding of Jeet Kune Do.

That’s why it was especially meaningful for me to be there in person to celebrate this milestone with him.

10 years of running a martial arts school is no small accomplishment. It takes dedication, consistency, sacrifice, and a genuine commitment to your students and to the art.

Watching what Vincent has built over the past decade, and seeing the students and community that have grown around his school, was something special.

We may each have taken our own path over the years, but we share the same roots and a history of training together that I’ll always appreciate.

Congratulations, Sifu Vincent, on 10 years. Here’s to everything you’ve built, everyone you’ve impacted along the way, and many more years to come.

32 years is an incredible milestone, and I want to congratulate Sifu Torres on the anniversary of his school, celebrated just a few days ago.

My time training under Sifu Torres played an important role in my development. Through his instruction, I gained a deeper understanding of Jeet Kune Do, but I also learned the value of discipline, persistence, and continued growth. The years spent training alongside other students created experiences and friendships that I still value today.

For more than three decades, Sifu Torres has continued to dedicate himself to the art and to the people who come to him to learn. His influence extends far beyond technique. He has helped generations of students develop confidence, character, and a stronger sense of purpose.

Keeping a school going for 32 years requires much more than knowledge of martial arts. It demands commitment, patience, hard work, and the willingness to keep showing up for your students year after year. Sifu Torres has demonstrated all of that through his continued teaching and leadership.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to have trained under him and for the many lessons that came from that experience. The foundation built during those years remains an important part of who I am as a martial artist.

Congratulations, Sifu Torres, on 32 years. Your dedication has made a lasting difference in the lives of many people, and your contribution to the art continues to grow.
