Several ‘Birds flew over to Bristol Motor Speedway to participate in the 12th Annual Tri-Cities 9/11 Stair Climb today. It’s always a humbling experience, full of reverence to honor the many heroes of the 9/11 tragedy, and it was extra-special this year, being the 25th anniversary of the attacks.

If you’ve never done the climb, make sure to watch for signups for next year’s event!

We will be closed for all classes this Labor Day Weekend, to allow all of our coaches to take a much-deserved break and celebrate the last days of Summer 2026 with their families and friends!

Our beginners’ 101’s Class will be rescheduled to Monday, September 14th (instead of our normal first Monday of the month) due to the holiday closure. Interested in starting CrossFit? Slide into our DM’s and we will get you signed up for the free 101’s class!
