Meet Yammie! You may know her as our shy, sweet friend who has incredible strength on the reformer. Yammie is our quiet storm… she’s encouraging, helpful, and kind , but her classes pack a powerful punch! She’s the definition of “Sweet Heat!” Find Yammie Tuesdays at Thursdays at 8:30am and 9:30am!

Many of us know her as the gorgeous girl with the most amazing form in our Pilates classes, but as soon as you get to know her, you will also recognize her as one of your biggest cheerleaders with the sweetest heart. She loves to serve the 🔥 spice in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Catch JC Mondays & Fridays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 10 AM and 11 AM.
