I belive in the healing power of yoga- body and mind. I believe yoga isn't so much about touching your toes, as it is what you learn on the way down. I believe yoga IS accessible to people of ALL levels, ages, and abilities. I believe I am a student first, teacher second. My goal is to serve my community and share my passion!
