Inside Passage Wellness Yoga student/teacher living in rugged and breathtaking Southeast Alaska offering modalities of wellness. I needed tools and fast. It's work everyday.

Living in Ketchikan for the past 16+ years I have been able to raise three beautiful humans surrounded by rugged beauty and a caring community. Always a big feeler, anxiety has been my constant companion. Over the last 5 years though, it became unmanageable leading me to panic attacks and living in fear. I recommitted to yoga, meditation, journaling, therapy, and yes medication. We all know there isn't a destination to reach. With all the other gifts I gained from this experience, yoga is one. And being able to teach classes not only keeps me in practice but allows me to sit with other beautiful beings creating and sharing positive energy. I hope to see you on the mat.
