📣 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 📣

🫐 KRC is looking for volunteers to help with the Blueberry Fun Run in the morning on August 1st! Most urgently, we’re in need of course support throughout all three races. This would only require a couple hours of your time prior to the festival happenings, so you’d already be in the vicinity of Blueberry!

🫐 It’s that time! Blueberry Festival is right around the corner and so is Ketchikan Run Club’s Blueberry Fun Run! There will be 1 mile, 5k, and 10k races for all levels of runners/walkers! 1 mile starts at 8:00am on August 1st while the 5k & 10k starts at 8:30am. All races start at the police department on Main Street. Shirts available for all runners while supplies last!

Grateful for every runner who showed up and made the Southeast Slosh Trail Half unforgettable.
Endless thanks to our volunteers — and a special shoutout to our BBQ sponsors (Mission Street Market and RainCity Drugstore) and our grill captain, Cory, for keeping the finish line fueled and festive.

Final results will be posted later. Rest well and see you next year.

Six wooden, locally handcrafted plaques are waiting to be adopted — Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female — but only the mud‑loving, hill‑hugging, puddle‑splashing legends will earn the right to take one home.
