We're excited to share some wonderful news with our Comanche Trace residents. Comanche Trace is in the running for two Best of Kerrville 2026 awards!

Best Golf Course – Comanche Trace
Best Restaurant – Pinnacle Grill

We think there’s something pretty special about life at Comanche Trace. From mornings on the course surrounded by some of the best views in the Hill Country to great food, drinks and familiar faces at the Pinnacle Grill, these are the experiences that make our community feel like home.

Happy National Thank a Superintendent Day!

Today, we’re proud to recognize our Golf Course Superintendent, Cade Crawley, and the entire Agronomy Team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Comanche Trace looking its best.

From early mornings and long Texas summer days to the countless details that go into caring for 27 holes, their hard work and dedication are reflected across every corner of our courses.

Cade and his team take tremendous pride in Comanche Trace, and we’re grateful for everything they do to create the golf experience our Members enjoy each day.

In celebration of National Women’s Health & Fitness Day, we’re bringing together a full day of fitness, nutrition, health education, shopping and connection — all in the beautiful setting of Comanche Trace.

And the best part? You don’t have to be a Comanche Trace member to join us. The Women’s Wellness Reset is open to members, residents, guests and women throughout the Hill Country, so grab your girlfriends and make a day of it!

Brunch is looking pretty sweet at the Pinnacle Grill this weekend.

Chef Ian’s Peaches & Cream French Toast starts with challah bread topped with bourbon-marinated sliced peaches and vanilla-orange mascarpone, with a side of bacon.

It’s sweet, creamy and just the right way to continue the long weekend at Comanche Trace.

And because one brunch day just isn’t enough, the Pinnacle Grill will be open tomorrow from 9:00 am–3:00 pm for Labor Day Brunch.

Come enjoy the long weekend with us — we’ll save you a seat.

Pinnacle Grill sits high on the ridge at The Club at Comanche Trace, and the view stretches across the Hill Country in every direction. Sunset is the hour to aim for.

The menu changes with the seasons and leans on local ingredients and produce from the garden. They are best known for their steaks.

The grill is open to the public Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 am to 2:30 pm, Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 9 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm. Reservations encouraged.

This week’s features are looking pretty delicious at The Pinnacle Grill!

Chef Ian is serving up a Tuscan Chicken Sandwich with grilled Tuscan-seasoned chicken, roasted tomatoes, fresh spinach, and roasted garlic aioli on toasted sourdough.

For dinner, try the Herb-Roasted Airline Chicken with a velvety tarragon and white wine cream sauce, Yukon Gold purée, and caramelized carrots.

Add a cold drink and a table with a Comanche Trace view, and you’ve got a pretty good reason to join us this week!
