Twisted Trail 5K, 10K, 15K & 1 Mile

Ken-O-Sha Park is in the heart of Metro Grand Rapids, but not well known. It's a great area for the Twisted Trail races, with paved and dirt trails, Plaster Creek, playgrounds, and beautiful scenery and wildlife.
