On Saturday, one of our coaches got to watch one of our athletes #8, Ethan, play in a match. It’s cool to see him have a great first touch into space in this clip because it highlights one of the skills he’s been working on during our soccer skills training sessions here at Redline!

SPEED CLUB IS BACK!

From August 31–September 4, athletes will complete our monthly 10-yard Flying 10 test. We’ll record each athlete’s time and MPH to measure their maximum running velocity.

Speed Club allows athletes to track their progress, identify areas for improvement, and see how their speed develops over time. It’s also an opportunity to compete—who will record the fastest time and highest MPH?

Deceleration and change of direction are essential for athletic performance. Learning to slow down with control allows athletes to change direction efficiently, react faster, and accelerate with more power.
