The Push-Up. It seems so basic, yet it is a powerful movement. It improves strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. It protects shoulders and the lower back from injuries.
Many in our gym want to increase the number of unbroken sets of push-ups they are able to do.
Because we focus on learning the correct way to do a push-up, our athletes often begin doing them by placing hands on a wall, box, or bench in order to build strength with the correct form. As they get stronger, they eventually do push-ups from a plank position.

Happy Birthday to the United States of America!
