North Cobb Lady Warriors Volleyball

The e Lady Warriors finished out their week in Orlando getting better by playing some great teams from Texas, New York, Oklahoma, Florida, and Tennessee. They had a terrific time spending time together as a team exploring Universal Studios and just hanging out at the resort. So incredible to be able to experience high school volleyball supported by the best parents. Next matches are Wednesday!

The Lady Warriors are in Orlando to compete with other high school teams from around the country. Good food, great teammates, and the opportunity to get better. They even spent time in study hall because they are STUDENT athletes first. More to come! Follow along for updates. 💙🧡🏐

So proud of our Lady Warriors this weekend! Varsity participated in the South Forsyth play date finishing 2-1, while JV closed out this year’s JV Warrior Classic 4-0! Our Junior Lady Warriors competed at the A5 Volleypalooza tournament with Orange winning the A Team division and Navy finishing 3rd in the B Team division! Congratulations to all of the players and coaches!

Congratulations to our Junior Lady Warriors for a fantastic start to their seasons at the North Cobb Middle School Kickoff Classic. Our Orange team went 4-0 and Navy finished 3-1. So proud of these teams and their coaches! We can’t wait to see how your seasons go!

The Lady Warriors went 4-1 on the day to take home the silver at the Southside Classic tournament hosted by Locust Grove High School today! So proud of the growth as a team in such a short period of time. Looking forward to a fantastic season with this team!

The Lady Warriors are starting the school year with recognition for their focus on academics, as well as athletics. North Cobb High School Varsity Volleyball is thrilled to receive the 2026 AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll Award.

The AVCA recognizes high school volleyball teams that maintained a year-long grade-point average of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or 4.1 on a 5.0 scale), to earn the 2026 AVCA Team Academic Award. The additional distinction of Team Academic Honor Roll celebrates programs in the top 20% of GPAs for their division.

So proud of our Junior Lady Warriors who practiced this summer and competed at the recent North Paulding Play date! North Cobb A went 3-0 on the day with North Cobb B finishing 2-1. It’s a great way to end summer and prepare for fall. Tryouts for the North Cobb Junior Lady Warrior fall teams will be on Thursday, July 30 with commitment night on Friday, July 31 for those selected to one of our three teams. North Cobb Varsity wins the gold championship at Berry College Volleyball camp going undefeated in the gold bracket and never dropping a set. Fantastic start to our season as we worked on goals, relationships, and improving our game. Equally as important, we had two players recognized as Most Inspirational by their teammates.
