Is your athlete ready to try cheer?

Come experience Performance Cheer at Northern Lights with a trial practice! Athletes will build confidence, learn new skills, make friends, and experience the excitement of performing as part of a team.

Performance Cheer is a great introduction to all-star cheer with no travel or competitions Athletes will learn a routine featuring stunts, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance before performing at our Northern Lights Showcase on December 6th!

Open to athletes who are age 3 as of December 31, 2026, and older.

Your child doesn’t need tumbling experience to get started. They just need the right class—and new athletes can try their first class free.

Northern Lights Athletics offers structured tumbling classes that build strength, coordination, body control and confidence. Athletes are coached according to their age and current ability, giving them the foundation they need to learn safely and continue progressing.

Our class options include:

• Toddler Tumble for ages 18 months–3 years
• Preschool Tumble for ages 3–5
• Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Tumbling
• All-Boy Tumble
• Homeschool Tumble

Classes are $99 per month.

Whether your athlete is stepping onto the mat for the first time or ready to strengthen more advanced skills, we have a class designed to help them move forward.

Message us with your athlete’s age and experience level. We’ll help you find the right class and schedule their free trial.
