About Cassie…”I’m a mom of 2 amazing daughters (9 and 12) who are both competitive gymnasts. I teach 5th and 6th grade and will graduate with my Masters in School Counseling next summer. Life stays pretty busy so the gym is truly my time for ME. A place I can clear my head and mentally reset 💪 “

Cassie’s goals…”keep bettering myself mentally and physically and continue to see how far I can push myself.”

Favorite exercise or equipment…”I’d have to say the Roger’s pendulum…but TBH, I love all the machines, so it’s hard to choose! 😂”

Cassie has been a member since opening day of Hub Fitness and we are so grateful to have her as a part of this community. While her work ethic is inspiring to see, she's also just a genuinely kind person and we're lucky to have her here. Congrats Cassie, keep crushing it! 🖤
