Fitness Tip #4 is pretty important.

Stretching is a key step in the workout process and should NOT be take for granted. It can help prevent injury and has to be done thoroughly.

Remember to stretch before and after your next workout and see the difference it makes!

*BONUS TIP:
Try to spend more time warming up before your workout
to feel energized and fully prepared going into your first
exercise.
