BIG NEWS FOR TWINKLE STAR! ✨

We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone for Twinkle Star founders Tiffany and Paul Henderson.

Their Dance Positive research has been published in Frontiers in Psychology, a peer-reviewed scientific journal.

The study examined 4,224 mood check-ins from 256 children and adolescents and found that children’s mood was maintained or improved after 85.8% of classes.

Dance Positive reflects Twinkle Star’s commitment to creating positive dance experiences and better understanding how dance impacts children’s emotional well-being.

As Twinkle Star Dance Academy Katy continues welcoming dancers and growing our dance family, we’re proud to bring this research-backed approach to local families and to be part of a dance community that continues to innovate, learn, and grow. 💗
