Last week, we had an amazing Anti-Bullying Workshop at Leaders Taekwondo, and our students even got to invite their friends to join us!

We learned how to recognize bullying, stand up with confidence, use our voice, and make safe and respectful choices. 💪

And of course, we had a blast learning Taekwondo and practical self-defense skills together! 🥋🔥
