Island Boys got AFTER IT this Thanksgiving morning and completed The Gobbler Chalenge!
Thankful for all our HIM of The Island and F³ Nation!
HIM of The Island gathered in the gloom this Veterans Day morning to complete the Chad 1000X WOD.
If you are unfamiliar, the workout is 1,000 step-ups with a weighted pack for time. Check out the website for details and to support veteran's mental health initiatives.

This week The Island & Black Pearl are celebrating our anniversary with a week of extra tough workouts led by some of our strongest Qs. We Call it... HELL-O-WEEK!
In addition to tough beatdowns, every day of attendance enters you into a raffle for some HELL-acoiusly awesome prizes!!
Hell-O-Week culminates on Friday, 10/31, where we will have a big coffeteria complete with breakfast and our raffle drawings! (Do not need to be present to win)
