If you need an easy high protein snack for the week, make these!!

Recipe👇🏼
-12 servings-
Ingredients:
•¾ cup rolled oats
•40g PBfit peanut butter powder
•68g 1 UP NUTRITION 🇺🇸 USA Chocolate Peanut butter blast protein powder (code TORIFIT for 20% off)
•24g creamy peanut butter
•20mL maple syrup
•60mL fairlife milk
•20g mini chocolate chips
•1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1.In a medium bowl, combine the oats, PBfit, and protein powder.
2.Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until fully combined and a dough forms.
3.Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
4.Roll the mixture into 12 evenly sized balls.
5.Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.

Recipe 👇🏼
•4 servings•
Ingredients:
•1lb 93/7 lean ground beef
•1 15 oz can black beans
•1 cup fire roasted corn
•1 can Rotel
•1/3 cup red onion, diced
•84g reduced fat Mexican style cheese
•5 Zero Net Carb tortillas
•1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and cut the tortillas into strips.
2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add the taco seasoning and diced red onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in the black beans, Rotel, and corn until combined.
4. Fold in the tortilla strips and top with cheese.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
6. Divide evenly into 4 meal prep containers!
