Recipe 👇🏼
-1 serving-
•3/4 cup yogurt (OIKOS Pro)
•7g sugar free cheesecake mix
•7g vanilla protein powder
•7g mini chocolate chips
•28g chocolate chip cookie dough chunks ( Ben & Jerry's )
Instructions:
Mix together the yogurt, cheesecake mix, and protein powder. Top it with the chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks!

Recipe👇🏼
5 servings:
•1lb 93/7 ground beef
•1 cup red onion
•1 can Rotel
•1 cup tomato sauce
•1 cup chicken bone broth
•1 cup fairlife milk
•8oz dry Banza elbow noodles
•1 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese
•1 packet taco seasoning
•Fresh cilantro

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and season with taco seasoning.
2. Add the diced red onion to the skillet with the beef and cook for 2–3 minutes.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, Rotel, bone broth, and milk and noodles and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
5. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
