For 14 years I’ve had the honor of being in the fitness industry, and let me tell you… I still love it just as much as I did on day one.

This journey has never been just about losing weight. It’s about building confidence, healing from the inside out, becoming disciplined, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things.

If you’ve ever trained with me, you already know I’m going to push you. I’m going to challenge you. I’m going to encourage you. I’m going to remind you that your body is capable of so much more than your mind sometimes believes.

I don’t push you because I’m hard on you. I push you because I see the greatness in you, even when you don’t see it in yourself.

Thank you to every single person who has trusted StarrLuvlyBodies over these last 14 years. You’ve allowed me to walk alongside your journey, celebrate your victories, and remind you to keep showing up.

Where in the world is StarrLuvlyBodies?

Juneteenth we stepped out and supported the incredible one woman stage play of Sara Rector. There is something powerful about watching a woman stands alone, telling a story, and command the stage all on her own.

Supporting the arts, supporting women, and supporting people who have the courage to share their journey is important. It reminds us that healing, storytelling, and purpose can all live in the same room. Definitely one of my biggest goals
