I made the deliberate choice to engage in one-on-one personal training with Talia in February 2024. As I've navigated the challenges of life at 41, I've come to realize the importance of prioritizing my physical and mental well-being. Through my journey with Grit Fit KC, I've developed a greater sense of strength and determination. I'm proud of the progress I've made, and I attribute it to Talia's expert guidance and support.
