Every day is arm day right? Add this into the mix!

This is great for rehabbing a leg injury or wanting to get some extra blood flow in the lower body.

I find these very fun and challenging! Great to add into the mix

Exercise Index - Bear Crawl Fire Feet

Muscle Group - Core & Shoulders

Movement Pattern - Core Bracing

Bend down so that your hands are on the ground and your feet hip-distance a part.

Your shoulders should be stacked over your wrists, your knees bent to 90 degrees, your back flat, and abs engaged.

This will be your starting position.

Keeping your hands in contact with the ground, pick up your feet rapidly, like you are running.

Make sure to hold your bear crawl position throughout the exercise, keeping your back flat and core tight.

Continue for the recommended duration.

Great to do at the end of your workout for a burner or to add some conditioning while hitting an isometric pose!

I love doing this when traveling / hotel rooms or on a HIIT day.
