Premier Martial Arts & Fitness opened in the Northland in June 2010 and has grown to over 200+ members in a year! We train 6 days per week and offer a very flexible schedule for working parents, and school aged children. We offer a unique kids karate program, one that doesnt require your kids to spend months learning katas, but one that will have your child doing real martial arts/self defense right away. Our instructors are all extensively trained martial artists, who focus the kids on SAFETY, DISCIPLINE, FITNESS and SELF DEFENSE. We train adults (men AND women) in the Israeli Self Defense System of Krav Maga. Krav Maga is a complete conditiong/self defense/fitness program that will teach you valuable skills, not just how to punch a bag. Our Fighting Fit fitness program is the perfect compliment to our Krav Maga program, or as a stand alone fitness class. Our skilled instructors will guide you on the path back to your fighting weight aka the best you can be!
