I am an energetic 60+ year old that enjoys fitness and working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and of all ages. I know the importance of health and fitness at ANY age, and I’m living my dream of being able to assist people in attaining their fitness goals. I hold a Master’s of Social Work and have practiced in the field for over 30 years. I am a certified Personal Trainer in health and fitness. As a fitness instructor/personal trainer, it is my goal to “walk my talk” to demonstrate that the personal, physical and spiritual benefits are real. FIT Four U affords you the opportunity to come as you are and be yourself without the shame or judgment that may be associated with hiring a personal trainer.
