🌎 ROAD TO EXCA WORLD — NIGHT 2 ⚡️🐴
Working our way UP⬆️
Last night we started from the ground up. Tonight, we moved farther up the chain — focusing on the knees, hocks, fetlocks and the important tendon and ligament structures supporting those joints.
On the front and hind legs, I worked through the knee and followed the suspensory region down through the fetlock to the coronet band, incorporating medial and lateral acupressure points along the way.
hock ➡️ suspensory region ➡️ fetlock ➡️ coronet band
For me, World race prep isn't just about addressing soreness. It's about checking the entire athlete, supporting the structures that work hard every time she performs, and making sure we're not overlooking the little things before I ask her for the big things. ❤️
Night 1: Foundation ✔️Night 2: Knees • Hocks • Tendons • Ligaments ✔️Next up… we keep climbing⬆️
One body. One connected system.
