When What Used to Work Stops Working: Reconnecting With the Body in Midlife is a grounded, supportive workshop for women navigating shifts in energy, metabolism, stress, sleep, recovery, and overall resilience in midlife.
Blending physiology, conversation, and embodiment practices, this experience explores why the body often stops responding the way it once did—and how to begin working with the body instead of against it. Together, we’ll explore nervous system regulation, stress physiology, and the signals the body may be asking us to slow down and listen to in a new way.

The afternoon will include a guided grounding practice and gentle breathwork to help participants reconnect with the body and integrate the conversation more fully.

This is not a weight-loss workshop or a push toward more discipline. It’s an invitation to better understand the body, reconnect with yourself, and explore what support actually looks like in this season of life.

Join Jennifer for a Sacred Uprise Breathwork group session. Sacred UpRise is a heart-centered healing experience designed to help you gently release what you’ve been holding, reconnect with your inner truth, and rise into a deeper sense of clarity and peace.
