A few keys to getting more out of this exercise:
✅ Keep your torso more upright to emphasize the triceps
✅ Keep your elbows tucked instead of flaring them out
✅ Lower under control and get a full stretch at the bottom
✅ Lock out hard at the top and squeeze your triceps
✅ Add weight over time as you get stronger
Remember: your triceps make up roughly two-thirds of your upper arm size. Train them accordingly.
