SMALL GROUP KICKSTART PACKAGE IS LIVE 🔥

This is for the person who keeps saying, “I need to get back into a routine.”

For a limited time, I’m offering **9 small group training sessions for $249**.

That comes out to **$27/session** if you use all 9.

For reference, small group training is normally **$45/session**, so yes — this is a GREAT deal.

But here’s the catch:
You have **21 days to use the sessions.**

Why? Because this package is meant to help you actually build momentum.

Small group training works best when you stack it consistently. Not once every couple weeks. Not randomly when life slows down. The goal is to come in, get coached, lift with intention, and give yourself a real jumpstart.

Make 3 sessions/week work for 3 weeks and you’ll get the full value — physically and financially.

Only **4 spots available** for this special.

DM me “KICKSTART” and I’ll send you the details.

@calebisanentertainer wouldn’t tell me how long he’s had those gloves before finally giving this a try… but I’m glad he did.

The first part of our session was all about learning the basics: punches, stance, technique, and how everything should feel before we started putting combinations together.

Then we added ladder work to help with footwork, coordination, rhythm, and body control. Because before you see the fast combos there’s a lot of repetition that has to happen first.

Boxing is reps. It’s timing. It’s learning how to move your feet, rotate through your hips, keep your guard up, breathe, and make each punch cleaner than the last.

And that’s what I love about mitt work — it can meet you where you are. It can be a killer workout but it can also be skill-focused, confidence-building, and just fun to learn. You’re working coordination, timing, balance, rotation, reaction, and footwork all at once without it feeling like “just exercise.” Plus being able to walk around feeling confident in your boxing skills not knowing if you’ll ever have to use it in real life kind be kind of fun.
Caleb’s main focus wasn’t the cardio side of boxing. He wanted technique. So that’s where we started: building the movement, cueing often, and getting quality reps in.

The goal isn’t to look perfect on day one. The goal is to build enough reps that your body starts to understand what your brain is asking it to do.

Video is helpful too because sometimes I catch little things I want to work on next time — like bringing that elbow up higher on hooks.

Not every boxing session has to be a gas-out workout. Sometimes the win is leaving sharper, smoother, and more confident than when you walked in.

Don’t be afraid to try something new. You don’t have to be “good” at it before you start. That’s literally what the first session is for. And I must admit, I can tell the comfort level of being in a private studio for these sessions helps tremendously too.

Been wanting to try mitts but feel like you have no idea what you’re doing? Perfect. That’s exactly where we start.

Small group training means these guys aren’t just showing up and sweating — they’re actually training.

Caleb and Cory getting after it here with focused strength work and way more quality volume than you typically get in a big class setting.

And volume matters.

More intentional sets, more reps, more time under tension, more chances to practice good movement — that’s what helps your body adapt. That’s how you build muscle, strength, confidence, and progress over time.

Classes are fun. Movement is great. But if your goal is to get stronger, build muscle, and feel like you know what you’re doing in the gym, you need enough structured volume to give your body a reason to change.

That’s what we’re building here. Small group, big effort, real progress. More affordable. 🖤

Current small group options:
Monday AM
Wednesday Noon
Friday AM
Saturday 8 AM

Last night we took our steps through the West Bottoms.

As part of our Tapp Into It Fitness challenge, we joined an Urban Hike KC tour and added our own little Tapp spin — stopping at 4 different spots along the way for mini exercise breaks.

We got our steps in, moved our bodies, and learned more about one of the most historic areas in Kansas City. The West Bottoms was once the heart of KC’s stockyards, railroads, warehouses, and livestock industry — basically where a whole lot of Kansas City’s “money” was moving through.

We also learned about the Rock Island Bridge — once a railroad bridge that helped move goods through the area, and now reimagined as an entertainment destination over the Kansas River with food, drinks, music, events, and incredible views.

We talked about how flooding shaped this area too — from earlier floods that impacted bridges and rail lines, to the devastating 1951 flood that hit the West Bottoms and stockyards hard. You can still spot flood lines in different places today, which is wild to see while standing there.

One of my favorite KC history nuggets from the night was how workers were pushed into areas like Strawberry Hill, while Quality Hill sat above it all as the wealthy area overlooking the industrial bottoms. As our guide put it, they could look down and “smell the money.”

This is what I love most about this group: they’re willing to show up, try something new, move differently, learn something, and make memories outside of the gym.

Tapp Into It Fitness is about more than workouts — it’s about building strength, community, and a life you actually want to move through with like minded people. So grateful for this crew and the adventures they’re always up for.
