CAMPS & CLINICS Our youth basketball camps and clinics help players of all levels improve shooting, ball handling, defense, and overall basketball IQ. Led by experienced coaches, each session focuses on fundamentals, game-like drills, and personalized instruction.
Simple drills provide alot of value. Players need reps from multiple spots while maintaining consistency
throughout the workout.
The goal is always improvement. It’s been awesome seeing Zoe continue to develop her game and gain confidence through the process.
When I evaluate a player’s shot, I start from the ground up. Everything builds from there.

- hands
- elbow
- ball path
- release
I don’t believe players need to make 1,000 shots just to say they made 1,000 shots. I’d rather see 100 quality reps with attention to detail than a bunch of reps reinforcing bad habits. Quality matters.
We’re not trying to create a perfect shot. We’re trying to create repeatable habits and a shot that can be repeated in different situations, off different catches and off different movements. Basketball isn’t played in a lab.
