In a room that’s constantly changing and growing, with guys and gals competing, pushing themselves, and finding their way, we can understand it feels a little overwhelming jumping in.

This room asks a lot of you. You’re going to get pushed. You’re going to get uncomfortable. You’re going to have days where you feel like you have no idea what you’re doing.

That’s part of it.

But you don’t have to have it figured out before you walk through the door.

Come in. Get some rounds. Learn from the people around you and find your place. The pieces will almost always come together.

There’s always room for another person willing to show up and put in the work.
