Fly Fit Fly Fit is a Pole and Aerial Fitness studio in Kalamazoo, MI. You will leave each class feeling confident, strong and empowered! Come FLY with us!

Pole Fitness builds arm and core strength, and increases flexibility and endurance while incorporating dance movement. Class offerings include:
*Pole Fitness
*Liquid Motion
*Heels
*Aerial Yoga
*Lyra
*Sling
*Dance Trapeze
*Fabric

If your goal is to find a fun and effective workout, try something new or make a few new friends, Fly Fit is for you. Pole Attire: comfortable work out clothes, shorts are recommended, no shoes, socks are permitted in the studio. Knee pads are at time required. Aerial Attire: Form fitting work out clothes, nothing baggy. Leggings are preferred, and shirt that covers the under arms. No shoes required.
