We’re going to adjust our Saturday schedule again:

We want to give our students the best opportunity to train consistently, improve, and thrive. We’re hoping this time change makes Saturdays work better for more of our families and students.

🥋 SELF-DEFENSE — WHO WANTS IT?

September 12th at BNMOTION 5534 w Michigan ave 12-2 women only
Others vendors will be at event.
At BNMOTION Jiu-Jitsu Academy, we don’t train people to act fearless.

We train people to be prepared.

Strength without skill, awareness, and control can get you into trouble.

We want our students to recognize when a situation is becoming dangerous, stay composed under pressure, understand what they’re capable of, and know when walking away is the smartest move.

Real confidence isn’t thinking:

“I can handle anyone.”

Real confidence is knowing:

“I’ve trained. I’ve been tested. I can stay calm. I can make good decisions. And if I’m forced to protect myself or someone I care about, I have skills I can rely on.” — BN

That’s what we build at BNMOTION Jiu-Jitsu Academy.

Not ego.
Not false confidence.

Preparation. Awareness. Control.

Train with purpose.
Become 1% better every day.
