If you're coming to the All Valley Championship tomorrow, don't worry about food, we have something better than a concession stand...we have a food truck (Most Wanted Espresso and Eats). They'll be open morning thru the end of the competition. Here's their menu:

BREAKFAST MENU;
Breakfast sammie sausage, egg and cheese on an english muffin $5

Bacon burrito with cheese and egg $5

Maple pancake sammie with sausage $5

Toasted bagel with cream cheese $3.50

Assorted muffins and pastries $3 to $4

LUNCH MENU-
Turkey Hoagie with shredded lettuce, provolone, tomato, red onion and side if chips $10

Kids hot dog with chips $4

Polish sausage dog $5

The Popeye sammie
Spinach, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, mayo with chips $10

Pretzel Bites with salt and cheese $6

Here's the schedule for this weekend's tournament at Central Linn High School: (times are subject to delays). Please arrive an hour before your main event. Doors open at 7:30. Spectators are $10. Double check to make sure your child has their full uniform (no t-shirts), belt, and necessary gear if they're sparring.

• 8:00 - 9:00 AM
Obstacle Course (all competitors 11 years & under)
2 athletes per heat - segregated by age
Separate competition area is dedicated to all Obstacle Course athletes.
• 9:00 - 11:00 AM
Age divisions: 5 years & under and 6-7 years
Events: Forms, Weapons, Board Breaking, Power, Reaction Time, Sparring. Athletes will start being called to their appropriate rings at 8:30AM.
• 11:15 - 2:30 PM
Age divisions: 8-9 years and 10-11 years
Events: Forms, Weapons, Board Breaking, Power, Reaction Time, Sparring
• 2:30 - 5:00 PM
Age divisions: 12-14 years, 15-17 years, 18-32 years, 33 years & above
Events: Forms, Weapons, Board Breaking, Power, Reaction Time, Sparring

Today is the last day to register for the Martial Arts America tournament, the All Valley Championship. Register today and SAVE $20, with the checkout code "2026SAVE20".
