Coach Trey is celebrating his 10TH year with Legacy Athletics — and brings 13 years of coaching experience to our athletes! 💜

His cheer experience includes:

Coach Trey believes great coaching goes far beyond the physical side of cheerleading. He puts a strong focus on the mental side of the sport, too, and strives to be someone his athletes can turn to in their everyday lives. His goal is to help each athlete become not only the best cheerleader they can be, but also the best version of themselves as they grow and prepare for life beyond the gym. 🖤

📣 Fun fact: Coach Trey has also been on NCA Staff for 10 years!

✨ Meet Coach Grace Rogers! ✨

Coach Grace has been part of the Legacy family for the past year, and we’re so excited to have her on our coaching team! 💙

Before coaching, Grace cheered with Cheer Force Arkansas for 5 years and went on to cheer at Arkansas State University for 1 year. This is now her second year coaching cheer, and she brings so much passion and knowledge to the athletes she works with!

Her favorite part of coaching is helping athletes learn new skills while also working to perfect the technique behind their foundational skills. But what she loves most is building relationships with her athletes and watching them get excited about growing as cheerleaders. 🥹📣

Grace loves seeing athletes challenge themselves, work toward becoming better at something they love, and celebrate their progress along the way. She’ll always be there to encourage, support, and cheer them on! 💪🏼✨

Grace coaches Levels 1, 2 and 3 All Star tumbling, as well as All Star flexibility and jump classes!
