🏀 The 5th Annual NEA Preseason Showcase 🏀
It’s that time of year again! Over the past five years, the NEA Preseason Showcase has brought together some incredible basketball talent from across Northeast Arkansas.
This year’s high school showcase will take place on September 20 at Elite Arkansas Training and is open to players in 9th through 12th grade.
Players from across the region will be in attendance, representing Jonesboro, Nettleton, Valley View, Westside, Brookland, Paragould, Greene County Tech, Marion, Searcy, Rector, Marmaduke, and several other schools.
This is your opportunity to compete alongside some of the best talent in Northeast Arkansas—all on one court. If you believe you’re one of the area’s top players, this is the event you want to be part of.
Vortex Sports, Filmz by Freddy, Ethan Murphy Media and other content creators will be in the building providing media coverage throughout the showcase.

🔥 THE COMEBACK IS ON! 🔥
Last year at the Preseason Showcase, Noel showed up and showed everyone why he’s considered one of the best players in Northeast Arkansas!
Unfortunately, his season was cut short by an ACL tear—but Noel put in the work, stayed focused, and now he’s back in action. From the clips we’ve seen, he looks ready to remind everybody exactly what he can do!
One thing we’ve always known about Noel: he’s got that dog in him. He shows up, competes, and performs when the lights are on.

In this video, Lincoln works on ball handling, shooting, finishing, and playing aggressively with the ball. While many trainers teach those same skills, what you don’t always see on camera is Coach Jourdon’s ability to connect with his players, relate to them, and bring out their best.
Lincoln is a versatile player who can do a little bit of everything. Because of his size, some people may see him as only a post player—but once you watch him play, you quickly realize he’s much more than that. That versatility isn’t accidental. It comes from sessions like this, where Coach Jourdon helps him develop guard skills while also teaching him how to use his size to score.
