Clayton County Board of Commissioners and Clayton County Parks and Recreation present Groove on the Green on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Clayton County International Park The Meadows, 2300 Walt Stephens Rd., Jonesboro, GA 30236.
Come enjoy live music from Jimmy and Curtis of The Legendary Group Brick. This is an all-white themed event. Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Pollinator Census is happening tomorrow from 9-11 AM at Reynolds Nature Preserve!

It’s a fun chance to get outside, learn about local pollinators and help with the annual count.

And it’s FREE! A great way to spend a Saturday morning outdoors.

On your mark, get set... Go! Registration for the 17th Annual Lake Spivey Road Race is now open. The race will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 8 a.m. at Lake Spivey Recreation Center, 2300 Walt Stephens Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Partnership opportunities are available.
