The Rowdy Reapers Women’s Tackle Football Team is searching for a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach who can help develop stronger, faster, more explosive athletes while building the discipline and confidence it takes to compete.

We need someone who can:

🏋️ Develop strength & conditioning programs
⚡ Improve speed, agility and explosiveness
💪 Build football-specific strength and endurance
🛡️ Focus on proper technique and injury prevention
🔥 Push our athletes while keeping them motivated
🤝 Be a positive leader and part of our coaching family

But this position is about more than workouts.

We want someone who understands that every woman on this team is starting from a different place. Someone who can challenge our experienced athletes while encouraging and developing the women who may be stepping onto a football field for the very first time.
