This Friday at 6:00 PM, Rick is declaring independence from boring cardio. Report to the West Hills location for 45 minutes of star-spangled sprints, bald-eagle climbs, and resistance so heavy it may require congressional approval.

Expect fireworks. Expect freedom. Expect your quads to file for secession.

Wear red, white, and blue. Bring water, courage, and an unreasonable amount of patriotism. By the final song, you’ll be sweating like a founding father signing something important in July.
