To get in shape. I realized it’s less expensive to lose weight than to buy more clothes to fit the “fat me”

I am a Product Exec and have just started my own Product acceleration advisory firm. Meaning I sit at my desk for 16-18 hours a day
• What is your favorite place to vacation?
Queenstown, New Zealand
• What do you love most about F45?
The coaches. They are hyper aware of where every person is on their fitness journey, their goals, injuries they’re trying to overcome, etc. And given how big the community is, it is quite remarkable. They are constantly looking out for you, fixing you, egging you on..... that is very motivating for someone like me.

2026 Fitness goal: I lost +60 lbs over the past 2 years and i’m just trying to keep this off as much as i can this year while increasing my skeletal muscle mass and lowering my BMI
