5. What do you love most about F45?
The energy. The community. And the variety — no two workouts are ever the same. Plus, the coaches don’t let you coast… and that’s exactly why they keep coming back 💪

2026 Fitness goal: I lost +60 lbs over the past 2 years and i’m just trying to keep this off as much as i can this year while increasing my skeletal muscle mass and lowering my BMI
