Meet one of the newest members of our Summit faculty: Jake Vincent!

Join Jake on Tuesdays for Modern at the School of Nimbus Dance in Summit. Originally from New Jersey and now based in NYC, Jake brings 15 years of dance industry experience to the studio, helping dancers cultivate a unique and clear artistic voice that translates on stage and screen.

Jake has performed with Paul Taylor Dance Company at venues including Lincoln Center, New York City Center, The Kennedy Center, LA Music Center, and The Joyce Theater. He has also created and presented work domestically and internationally, with movement direction and choreography credits spanning advertising campaigns for Beau Swimwear, Sentient Jewelry, StudioReady Fragrances, Creo, Gayletter, and more.

We’re thrilled to have Jake sharing his experience and artistic perspective with our Summit dancers this year.

Our new Boys Dance Technique class is officially underway in Jersey City! Designed to give boys a focused and encouraging space to develop their technique, the class builds coordination, musicality, strength, and confidence while exploring movement across dance styles.

There’s still time to join Teaching Artist Madison Meredith for our NimbusFIT Tap Intensive, now running through October 26.

Designed for adults looking to sharpen their skills, build musicality, and challenge themselves through tap, the intensive is also open to experienced dancers ages 16+ looking for a change of pace or an opportunity to add something different to their training.
