I have loved doing personal training with this girl!

We started training so that she could work to be stronger, more explosive, and faster at swimming.

✔️And we accomplished every single one of those things!

Now she's learning how to do it more independently and how to safely progress and get stronger.

More than that, I've just loved getting to know her and becoming her friend. She is smart and kind and funny.

And don't even get me started on her form. She has the most perfect form of any human I've ever seen (insert chef's kiss)!

When you're doing personal training for others and your son asks you to write a program for him. ♥️ No better feeling!

He sees my clients getting stronger and more confident every day and he wants to do that as well! Plus he wants to be fast LOL.

Summer heat has nothing on us!!

We've braved 6 years of heat out in the garage. We've learned to modify and how to do all the things through a hot sticky Oklahoma summer, which seems to last forever!

And we've now got a heater and air conditioner in the garage. I mean to tell you, it feels like we've hit the lottery!
