Do you leak when you jump rope, run, or lift heavy? Ever feel pressure or heaviness during a workout? These are common symptoms of Pelvic floor Dysfunction, but they aren't something you just have to live with.
Join us for a 1-1.5 hour interactive workshop, you'll learn the anatomy and function of your diaphragm and pelvic floor, how they work together as part of your core, and how proper breathing can improve movement and performance.
You'll gain tools you can immediately apply in the gym and everyday life. Whether you're looking to improve your lifting performance, reduce symptoms like leaking or pelvic pressure during exercise, strengthen your core, or simply better understand how your body works, this workshop is for you. Following the class, there will be time for individual questions and personalized guidance.
This class is open to the public! You do not have to be a member to participate.

The Freedom Festival is this weekend and we hope to see you there! 🇺🇸
The gym and parking lot will be open to our members only for parking, tailgating and watching the fireworks! The parking lot will be closed off and will open at 5pm.
Have a hangout spot here at Kopa to sit down your chairs and coolers before heading downtown for the festivities. It is a perfect place to watch the fireworks at dark also!
Feel free to use the field in front of the, gym bring your friends and family play co****le, grill out, it’s all yours to enjoy!
