On Monday, September 21, we will begin a necessary asphalt paving project that will impact traffic and access around the rear of the hospital (one-way) near the Medical Offices and Mountain Hearts Wellness Center. During the project, which is expected to last about two weeks, portions of the one lane road may be closed to traffic at times and alternative options will be provided. Please use caution and follow any posted signs or guidance from project personnel. We apologize in advance for the disruption and appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we complete this improvement.

This survey is an important opportunity to help us better understand the health needs, challenges, and priorities of our community, so that we can focus our resources and efforts where they will make the greatest difference. Celebrate National Wellness Month by challenging yourself while helping support Mountain Hearts Wellness Center!

💲 $20 Entry Fee

Choose your challenge:
✅ 26.2 miles of land activity
OR
✅ 13.1 miles of pool activity

Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a prize drawing, and all remaining proceeds will go toward facility upgrades to make Mountain Hearts even better for our members.
