A great group of our athletes are down in NC putting in the work at training camp with Sensei Jimmy. These are the days that build champions—not just through the hard rounds, but through the experience of training together, pushing each other, and learning from every session.

There’s something special about getting the team together outside of our home dojo. Different training partners, new challenges, long days on the mat, and the opportunity to sharpen the details that make a difference when competition comes around.

Train hard. Stay humble. Keep learning. Keep building.

This was our last comp. class with Theodore. He will be leaving tomorrow morning for Boston to start his full-time training to meet and exceed all of his Judo goals!! There will be more as he visits, but we truly enjoyed this Sunday afternoon!!
