Coach Abigail!
Abigail is a youth swim coach dedicated to helping swimmers grow stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in the water. With 4 years of coaching experience, Abigail specializes in working with age group swimmers, particularly 6 & under, focusing on building confidence and teaching strong, foundational technique.
A former Deerwood Swim Team athlete and coach, as well as a swimmer for NFS Swim Club and AmberJax Swim Club, Abigail also competed as a varsity athlete for the Episcopal School of Jacksonville, where she was a two-time state champion varsity rower for the school’s rowing team. This background helps bring both competitive experience across multiple sports and a deep understanding of long-term athlete development to coaching.
Abigail is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where young swimmers can develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for the sport.
