This month is packed with themed classes, our very first Studio Book Club, and plenty of opportunities to connect with our amazing community!

📚 Whether you’ve read the book or not, we’d love for you to join us for our Grab, Go & Mingle and shop the Mobile Book Fair with The Paper Hare Books on July 17.

🎉 Don’t forget—our themed classes are even more fun when everyone joins in! We encourage you to dress up for each theme, have some fun, and help us bring the energy to the studio. Costumes and themed workout attire are always welcome!

We can’t wait to sweat, laugh, read, mingle, and make more memories together this July. 🩵

💡 Tip Tuesday: EXO Chair Edition

Want to get the most out of your ‘Going Up Front’ exercise?

✅ Place your working foot all the way on the front edge of the seat to better activate your glutes.
✅ Keep your working knee stacked over your ankle—don’t let it travel past your toes for better knee alignment and safety.
✅ Think “glutes drive the movement” and don’t let your quad take over!

Spring options:
🩵 Standard: 2 springs at 3
☺️ Friendlier: 2 springs at 4
💪 Challenge: 1 spring at 3 + 1 spring at 2

Small adjustments = a stronger, safer, and more effective movement. 🔥
