Pack Fitness was created in 2023 by Jackie Miller, who opened her first two franchises of another name in Jacksonville, Florida. Utilizing her experience in the fields of sports, dance, early childhood development, kinesiology and gymnastics, she developed a program and facility where children & parents actively participate in a variety of structured, weekly physical education classes to gain social skills and self-esteem. After having further developed her skills and expertise, the popularity of the business began to explode. Our Future

There are currently hundreds of children benefiting from the developmental program that Pack Fitness offers. With classes that cater to both adults as well as their children being incorporated in the upcoming future, now is a better time than ever to experience the power of the P.A.C.K.. Each year, children enjoy the age-appropriate, noncompetitive classes and birthday parties Pack Fitness offers. By 2030, Pack Fitness plans to have facilities all throughout Florida. Pack Fitness looks to epand throught the local communities of Jacksonville in our neverending mission to bring fun and fitness to the youth and spread our knowledge with families accross the world.

Things got a little messy at PACK today… and we wouldn't have it any other way! 😂
Our kiddos brought the energy for our Ultimate Pie-Off, complete with lots of laughs, whipped cream, and silly surprises! From coaches getting pied to a few kiddos getting caught in the action, this was definitely one for the PACK memory books. 💜
At PACK, we love creating those special moments that go beyond a kids' night out, where kids can laugh, connect with their coaches and friends, build confidence, and just have FUN being kids.

Get ready for a night of big laughs, active challenges, and one very messy grand finale at PACK Fitness!

At our Pie in the Face Kids Night Out, kids will spend the evening with the PACK crew playing games, taking on movement challenges, and cheering each other on. Then comes the moment they’ve been waiting for: a chance to put a pie in a coach’s face!

It is more than a funny photo opportunity. We build physical activity into the whole night, giving kids time to work on upper body strength, balance, coordination, and confidence while they have fun with friends. Our coaches keep the activities engaging and welcoming, whether your child comes to PACK every week or is joining us for the first time. Dinner is included.

Kids Night Out is also a break for parents. You might have dinner plans, errands to run, or simply want a little time to yourself. And plenty of families sign up just because their kids love the experience. Either way, your child gets a themed evening full of laughter, connection, and the kind of fun we call playing with purpose.
