What a day for our Grappling Disciples crew!
We watched our students step outside their comfort zones and conquer their very first competition!

Competition day is about so much more than medals. It’s about having the courage to step on the mat, trusting your training, pushing through the nerves, and giving it everything you’ve got.

We are SO proud of each and every one of you! Watching you represent our academy, support one another, and give your best was what this is all about. ❤️ LET’S GO!
