What advice would you give someone who is looking to improve their game?

What's our favorite place? It has to be anywhere on the golf course ⛳

Improve your swing when you strengthen your hips and core!

Try adding exercises like planks, rotational medicine ball throws, and glute bridges to your fitness routine to improve your clubhead speed, stability, and consistency throughout your round.

Want faster clubhead speed? Try this 30-second fix right on the tee box:

1. Grab a club, hold it horizontally out in front of you for balance.
2. Sink into a shallow quarter-squat (your golf athletic posture).
3. Hold for 15 seconds, actively squeezing your glutes at the bottom.
4. Do 5 fast, explosive bodyweight jumps or dynamic hip-hinges.

These moves fire up your posterior chain so you can actually drive through the ball and transfer power from the ground up, rather than dragging the club with your arms.

Try this tip during your next round!

There really is no such thing as too many golf shirts — especially in the Florida heat.

Come by the pro shop and grab a Windsor Parke polo to add to your collection!

Before you step up to the ball this weekend, take in the views and scenery around you. Enjoy being outside, surrounded by the fairway, friends, and fellow golfers.

It's fun to hit the ball as hard as you can off the tee; however, that can leave you with a bad setup for your second shot or worse — a lost ball.

Instead of hitting with all your might, keep a controlled swing off the tee, focusing on tempo instead of power. It might not go as far, but you'll likely be in a better position for your second shot.

What advice helped you improve your tee shot the most?

Getting in your round over the summer can be tricky with the Florida heat.

Curtis C. was able to book an early tee time and shared, "Got out early before the heat. Course was in great shape. Starter was knowledgeable and gave good advice. Really nice state-of-the-art carts with GPS. Highly recommend this one."

Beat the heat with your next round! Tee times as early as 7:22.

Jack Nicklaus said, "Golf is 90% mental, 10% physical."

Having the ability to focus on the exact situation in front of you and not worry about the last shot, the last hole, or the last round is what will give you a competitive edge.

Are you able to stay present during every swing?

Do you think the grass type on a course impacts your play?

Bermuda, which is what we have on our greens and fairways, is heavily influenced by the grain. On the green, it's important to see the direction the grass blades lean (the grain).

When setting up for a putt on our greens keep in mind:
Putting into the grain, your ball will lose speed quickly.
Putting with the grain will help your ball roll farther and faster.
Putting across the grain, the break is more in the direction the grain leans.
