FCAA FURY Baseball

Tough loss yesterday6-2 to Ponte vedra thunder..... but great thing about tournaments there's always tomorrow!!! We will bounce back today!!!

Great game last night...way to bounce back from a tough lost last week!!! Shout out to Brody Frye 13 strikeouts... he had that dawg in him!!! Back at JP smalls Friday night....GO Fury!!!

Its been awhile but the Fury team is back. Its always bitter sweet to watch boys grow up and move and even if its not playing baseball at the next level watching young men mature and grow and stay out of trouble is definitely worth it. With that being said we are back playing with Walk-Off Charities of Jax for a summer league. We are starting off right in the right direction. 2-0 we are definitely working to get better we are always developing and working. Shout to the group of guys I have this year. I know what we are capable of and are going to be capable of. Stay tuned!!!!

Two tournaments left .... my 18u summer team was amazing this year. We didn't have any committs but we had guys that were committed... most of the boys took time off after a long 6 months of playing baseball but decided to have two last tournaments together....we started off sunday we a loss but not bad for our first time back together....gave up 3runs in the last inning our stamina just wasn't there.... last night they showed resilience and got the W. My Ace pitcher who took 4 months off stepped and delivered 10k's last night. The guy is a machine!!! As a coach it always great to have players reunite.... finishing up this tournament and preparing for our FCAA Xmas bash next week!!! Stay tuned

It's been a while but the fall has been slow.... I've taken on a new challenge with 16( still rocking out with 18u guys that are left but the youth is where its at!!! Two weekends ago we played in a one day tournament first time playing together we went 0-3 but made some good progress playing together. Our second tournament started Sunday and we had a double header for bracket play we went 1-1. Our first game was AMAZING down by 3 going into the final inning and my guys showed heart and walked it off game winning 10-9!! We wont talk about the next game lol. But for a developmental team I was proud we definitely stood on business and got the W. We are learning how to win and are getting better. Next game Saturday go FURY YOUNG BOYS!!!
